What do people in your organisation really think of your approach to T&C?

Without knowing the type of T&C culture that exists within your firm it is potentially difficult to identify and address some of the underlying issues that might prevent you from achieving real success.

Our T&C Cultural Survey is based around 24 statements of what we call an ‘Advocacy Culture’.  The 24 statements are split into 3 categories – TC Approach, TC People and TC Relationships.  The statements are based on our extensive work with financial services companies since 1992 when T&C regulations were first introduced.  The final statements have been selected based on the feedback from hundreds of T&C practitioners.

Our cultural survey will help identify your strengths and opportunities for change/development.

We will issue a survey on your behalf, normally via email, to as many of your employees as you wish. We will track the returns from respondents and produce a detailed report for you that provides an in depth analysis of the responses.

The survey report will provide ideal information from which you can build detailed plans to ensure your future success. The report is self explanatory.  However, if you would prefer some help in facilitating the feedback and action planning phases we would be delighted to offer assistance.
