Having peace of mind that your T&C scheme remains fit for purpose would provide comfort to Senior Management /T&C Managers. A desk top review provides a structured review of all written documents that support your approaches to T&C. - The review is structured on the original 50 question Healthcheck issued by the FSA expanded into over 220 sub indicators to allow for the current TC sourcebook and TCF developments including co compatibility with the FSSC T&C standards
- The review will examine all documents available and report findings against a risk measure (Red, Amber Green)
- The review can be extended to interview key personnel as required (subject to additional charge)
- A draft report is issued before a final report is available
- The standard review incorporates a day to present the report and help agree any specific actions required
