Open Workshops

Getting to Grips is the workshop series designed to support those people who are new or recently appointed to T&C and other people regulation roles.

Each workshop is designed to be interactive, informative and hopefully enjoyable with delegates returning to their workplace enthused about the subject with personal action plans to follow up to develop their competence and expertise.

We make no apology for the fact that some of our workshops extend over 2 days.  We believe in delivering quality solutions and that the subject matters covered require an appropriate amount of time to give them justice.  We do not believe is ‘processing’ people through our workshops.  Our facilitators take time to work with the delegates to help ensure they understand the concepts being discussed and have the confidence to apply them in the workplace.  Our workshops are restricted to a maximum of 12 delegates to ensure that delegates have ample opportunity to explore each topic to the depth they require and move through the training at a pace that suits them.
